Stephen & Sarah Young have been ministering to the Japanese through six churches since 1978.
The last three churches developed into multi-cultural churches. The two churches in Australia and two in the US have seen many Japanese returns to their country as they were temporary foreign residents. Once a year Stephen returns to Japan for a short ministry of follow-up. 

Stephen & Sarah met at Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis. They were married in 1977
and have two married children and five grandchildren. Sarah’s devotional books have become
international bestsellers. Her first book, Jesus Calling, is the most widely read.
